Busey Brews is a locally owned and operated smokehouse and brewery in the heart of Nederland, Colorado – only 18 miles from Boulder. Our smokers run 24-hours a day to provide the freshest smoked meats and tofu to our customers. All 22 taps are filled with house-brewed beer from refreshing lagers and ales to malty browns and stouts – including an envious lineup of IPAs.

Not into the beer scene? We have house-made kombucha and ginger ale, plus a lovely selection of wine, cocktails and non-alcoholic beverages.

My husband is somewhat picky when it comes to beef dipped sandwiches. He claims this is the best he’s ever had atmosphere‘s great people are fun and cute. Merch is expensive but hey, I bought one any way!! Must get the righteous bloody Mary it’s made with whiskey don’t be intimidated

Place was cool. Staff was very pleasant. The food was good and they had one of my favorite non-alc beers. The manager was a cool cat and knew exactly what part of the brisket I like. Best brisket I’ve had in Colorado.

I went with my dog and sat on the front porch. We ordered food from a QR code which came out pretty quickly. Side salad, spicy link and Mac and cheese. All were delicious, but honestly, the guy sitting on the patio, Dylan and his dog, Atlas were the best part of the experience. Dylan was off but with the way he way promoting the place, I thought he was on duty for a minute. He really takes pride in his work and work place and I hope his employers recognize the value he brings to their establishment. Jelly Bean and I give the experience an enthusiastic thumbs up!

The atmosphere was amazing along with the service and overall was fantastic. The Mac and cheese appetizer is spicy even though it Dosent say that on the menu. I got Mac and cheese then found out that it was spicy and within 2 minutes had a new one that wasn’t spicy. 10/10 would recommend!

There was nothing to not like about today! Been coming here for years. Started out great, then service and food declined. Came in today, not expecting a lot…. but boy was I surprised! Service extremely fantastic, food quality back to GREAT… everyone was friendly, helpful and wonderful. Enjoyed this little smokehouse in the mountains! Thanks for fixing the issues and providing everyone with a fun, friendly place to eat good smoked brisket and drink fabulous beers again! Loved it!
