Busey Brews is at 70 E 1st St in downtown Nederland, Colorado 80466. Nederland sits at 8,228 feet on the Peak to Peak Highway, about 18 miles west of Boulder and roughly a 30-minute drive up Boulder Canyon.

What kind of food does Busey Brews serve?
We are a smokehouse. Our smokers run 24 hours a day for house-smoked wings, St. Louis style ribs, brisket, hot links and smoked tofu. The menu also includes BBQ platters, smoked sandwiches, taco plates, nachos, Colorado-style pork green chili, mac and cheese, salads and a kids menu.
Does Busey Brews have vegetarian, vegan or gluten-free options?
Yes. House-smoked tofu can replace meat in most sandwiches, platters and tacos, and vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free items are marked on the menu. Many beers are gluten-reduced, our Skinny Dipper hard seltzer is made without gluten, and we stock a 100% gluten-free beer.
Is the beer brewed on site?
Yes. Every house beer, plus our kombucha and ginger beer, is brewed on site in Nederland by head brewer Steve Conrad. We pour up to 24 beers at a time, from lagers, Kölsch and saisons to IPAs, sours, stouts and barrel-aged releases. The brewery runs partly on on-site solar.
What non-alcoholic drinks does Busey Brews offer?
House-brewed kombucha and ginger beer, non-alcoholic beers from Athletic Brewing, mushroom-based mocktails, house-brewed iced tea, lemonade and craft sodas.
Can I order Busey Brews online for takeout?
Yes. Order online for pickup through our Toast ordering page at buseybrews.com. Takeout orders close 30 minutes before the restaurant does. We also offer dine-in, and house beer six-packs to go at the restaurant.
Is Busey Brews kid-friendly?
Yes. Families are welcome and we have a kids menu with quesadillas, mac and cheese, sliders and kid-sized drinks.
Does Busey Brews have outdoor seating?
Yes. We have a covered deck, a biergarten by the creek and patio seating with mountain views in downtown Nederland.
Does Busey Brews have happy hour or weekly events?
Happy hour runs Monday through Friday, 2 to 5pm, extended to 8pm on Thursdays (holidays excluded). Live trivia is every Thursday at 6:30pm. Live music and special events are posted on our Events page.

Who owns Busey Brews?
Busey Brews is locally owned by Kyle and Janice Busey. They bought the smokehouse and brewery in 2019 and opened Busey Brews on October 19, 2019.
